The staff were extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was awful. The portions were too big, there were no options. The cost was extremely high. Very few choices for vegetarians.

Night Staff were the best :)
i only stayed for the night as i had an early flight the next morning forgetting that i had to have something to eat to take my medication completely slipped my mind about breakfast so when i was booking out at 5am i asked if it was possible to get a slice of toast as i couldn't leave in until i got to the airport and the reception couldn't do enough so helpful got a slice of toast and a cup of coffee thank you :)

Shame about the shuttle
Solid and clean hotel near Heathrow - shame about the shuttles, you now rely on a 3rd party provider which in the end isn't a big deal, but everyone getting an Uber from hotel to terminal is just stupid!

It's totally fine as a hotel airport. I wish there was a shuttle service as cabs to and from the hotel are expensive even if it's so close. Otherwise great.

Tried to overcharge for a hour and a half late checkout. Different staff told me different prices that were higher. Online it states member prices are a certain price starting at 2pm and I used my member number at check in . I spent tons of money on extra services and room service and tipped for two days. Very rude on check out but overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff that were friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful two-day stay at the Hyatt Heathrow. We arrived quite late on quite a chilly evening and were concerned about the room feeling drafty. We called reception, and Masani answered. He went above and beyond to ensure the room was warm and comfortable, even preparing it before our arrival. From start to finish, the staff provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean, and the shower temperature/pressure was perfect. A highlight for us was the amazing view of planes flying past our window. A huge thank you to Masani for going the extra mile! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
