The hotel let me check before 10am as I came to leave my bags; this was a huge bonus, thank you!! Room is lovely and very comfy, no view but I’m fine with that. Location is excellent. Only issue is a generator type noise outside my window, however it was gone at night so I slept well.

Hotel staffs are friendly and work efficiently

Meanwile, we were arraged to stay temporarily in another room with power supply. Hotel staffs are friendly and work efficiently. Power resumed soon and we were back to our room.

Good location but only ok for short stay
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HotelsPros : location - very close to 2 tube stations (Bayswater & Queensway) and lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Safe area. Everyone at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and not a bad size compared to the size of the room.
Cons : room very small. Tiny window facing a wall which feels like a prison. Very thin walls and I could hear the couple next door having sex!! Carpet doesn’t look the cleanest. Bed is a bit sunken in the middle so not the most comfortable. I guess it’s ok to stay for 2 nights but I stayed for a week and it’s not great.

Very poor aircon. Curtains didnt cover window.
