Clean but very cold
My room had everything I needed and was clean with good bathroom. However it was very cold! When I arrived, the heating was off and the temperature was 9C. I immediately turned the heating on and set the thermostat to 20C. However, it took a long time to warm up - I had to keep my coat on for about 3 hours and 6 hours later when I went to sleep, the temperature was still only 15C. Fortunately there was an extra duvet. (For reference it was about 0C outside, not unusual for January).

The property is exactly what it says on the tin however even offers a little bit more, very convenient for people coming and going from Heathrow airport, good bus access to the nearest underground, room was nice too

Great overall experience, teach fire safety better
The stay was great overall. The room wasnt cleaned properly during our 10 day stay, but thats not that big of a problem. From the 3 wrong fire alarms, 2 of them were handled professionally while the 3rd was handled very poorly. At 2am in the morning we were woken up by the alarm and went outside. With all the others we waited down there for the alarm to stop or for further information. But we got no information and none of the staff showed up. After waiting for almost 40 minutes we went up to the reception where we were told "ah yea, it was a false alarm, someone smoked in the hallway"... but no one thought about informing all the worried people waiting outside the building.

Would recommend.
Fine hotel, with good connections to head for down-town. Easy with busses going from outside the hotel to both Elizabeth line and Piccadilly line. Great if you love watching airplanes, this was really a highlight, and i didn't even expect it. Even when close to the airport, the sounds were not that bad, but you could sometimes hear when the big planes were landing, but it was not disturbing.

Hotel affordable and in a good location to Heathrow airport! Location is not far from Windsor castle ! 10 mins drive ! 44 mins to the city of London by taxi which cost 43 pounds ! Breakfast was good and had ample variety! The restaurant and breakfast area has lovely ambience and very roomy ! Nice lounge set up ! Restaurant’s pizza was great and the tiki masala was delicious! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful! ! Check in is quick and prices affordable ! Beds sleep well and heating system works well! Will be back next time !
