Very clean & I had a great nights sleep. Tea/coffee in rooms would have enhanced my stay. Very professional staff.

The hotel is clean, kind, and welcoming staff. We only stayed here overnight after a late return from Paris to be near Heathrow. We had a great sleep. Beds very comfy, room was very clean and looked new. The bathroom was roomy and very clean as well. I'd definitely stay with Ibis again. My daughter even said we should've stayed at Ibis in Paris. It was right next to our hotel. I like the modern deco. The price is also very reasonable.

Landed early, hotel let us check in early so we could shake of the jet lag.

Hotel is okay for one night stay and going to Heathrow to catch a flight. The staff are not very knowledgeable or helpful specially if you are female travellers. Breakfast too expensive for what you get and the restaurant is not part of the hotel so you have to pay separately. I will not stay here again.

There was a bus transports. But I was not able to find any information about the bus. So I must to take a taxi. It costs me 23pds
But to go from hotel to airport I took bus. 5min
I love it

I had a great stay here during my layover in London. The staff are excellent, there is a nice dining and hangout area, and the location is right by the airport. Would highly recommend.
