Très bon hôtel !
Publié le 22 avr. 2014 sur HotelsPetit dej au prix exagéré et situation lointaine du centre de Londres mais Hôtel très confortable, pratique avec son parking et personnel sympa. Gare de Norbiton à 10 minutes à pieds ou 2 minutes en bus. Recommandé pour une bonne visite à Londres.

after booking and paying up front, we arrived to find the hotel closed and like a building site, it should never have been advertised.

Hash browns were frozen and nobody apologised.milk in the room was out of date nobody apologised.No replenishment of coffee/milk in room after 1st night definitely not 4star

Staff were very helpful and were happy to deal with any queations. Rooms are tired and need a bit of updating.
The bar and restaraunt were not open, although staff did provide non alcholic alternatives. Breakfast was a grab bag which was disapointing.

The property was not clean. It was difficult to communicate with staff for any requests. The facilities are poor and old. The hand wash was replaced with hand cream. The price for the room is outrageous for the poor facilities and room appearance

Keep away from this hotel
Publié le 16 mars 2020 sur HotelsPoor start from the begining, found out that the hotel was under new management. Although thd staff tried to help, they also did not know what was going on. The room decor was tired and old, damp in the corner and un exciting to say the least, so much that we left and never went back. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.
