Beau petit studio. Très propre et moderne. Le seul problème est que je n’ai jamais été capable de faire fonctionner l’air climatisé. J’ai donc ouvert les fenêtres pour faire de l’air. C’était extrêmement bruyant à l’extérieur, ce qui nous a empêché de bien dormir.

For your next stay, our lovely House Hosts will be more than happy to direct you how to use the unit.We do understand sometimes outside can be a little loud, I would definitely recommend booking out City Studio - River view or City View next time. Rooms shown on website have view of Thames. Our room did not.
We had to change room as the sink in bathroom was leaking. The hotel staff changed our room immediately but our room was next to a construction site which was quite noisy. The hotel staff was not able to upgrade us to a better room despite the leaking sink.
Staff was accommodating as our luggage was lost, they lent us each a jacket. We were very thankful.
Staff is very nice and made up for the noise and leaky sink but we would have appreciated a better room

I'm sorry that you missed our river view this time around, as a pointer any categories that guarantee a river view will have "River View" in the description :) I'm glad the staff was responsive and helped but I apologize for the construction site, they are fairly quiet but have some odd days. Tout était parfait sauf le personnel peut sympathique et le manque de “vrai” fenêtre dans l’appartement.

깔끔하고 편안한 부티크 호텔입니다. 스텝들도 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 최신입니다. 실내가 어두운 것과 버스정류장이나 지하철역에서 생각보다 접근성이 떨어지는 것이 단점입니다. 리버뷰로 선택하면 방 안에서 테이트 모던과 밀레니엄 브릿지, 샤드를 볼 수 있습니다.
