Manuela was incredibly nice, extraordinary customer service and happily helps her guest. The hotel is highly recommend if you're interested in great walking location, clean and quiet.

Very nice overall stay, staff was very helpful, the room and showers were big enough and the bed was very comfortable.
The aria is very good, easy to get anywhere, 3 underground stations around making it very simple to travel london

Great location - quiet neighborhood but close to transit. A bit noisy from other guests at night, but outside was quiet. Would stay again!

We were a family of four and got the family room in B13. We had plenty of space for all of us. However, if you’re a light sleeper the noise may bother you because the room is directly underneath the lobby.
The breakfast was excellent. Definitely will recommend it, it was very chic. The area was very safe and nice.

This is great for someone frugal who wants to stay in the city proper for cheap. It’s a tiny room. Cool building, great staff. Would stay again easy.

Everything was very clean and attractive, room was quite small but spotless and well kept. Excellent location with the Bayswater train station within 3 minute walk, Paddington station was 10 min. Lots of food and shopping the next block from the hotel

The staff were very helpful, professional and welcoming. Due to an issue with internet during the time we arrived and were leaving they advised us that if our flight were to get cancelled we would be able to come back and stay which was very comforting.
