Very nice place to stay in London with kids.
2 minutes’ walk from Battersea arcade.
Lots of buses to and from what-to-see pounts for travelers.

The condo is a health hazzard. Lot's of black mould!

Second stay here, great value for money. The apartment is large has everything you need. 6 tube stops to Leicester Square

Buyer Beware
Posted Jul. 24, 2024 on HotelsThese are converted apartments at a reasonable price in a very central location but buyer beware. There were strange things from the start like emails saying they will close at 8 pm for checkins, a loud pumping noise anytime water was used and they didnt provide any laundry detergent.
The main issues were our front door would not lock and we didn’t have hot water. The door went right out to the main parking lot so not having this security was a major issue. The front desk is only open a few hours a day and they won’t call you back. Hotels.com attempted to call the hotel for assistance or refund us so we could go to a different hotel and they ignored them as well so we were stuck. They finally replied to hotels.com two days later saying the cost is non-refundable and we didn’t complain while there - this is totally false as we left messages as did hotels.com.

Hi, The reception time is 10 am to 8 pm every day, and we refund the cancellation request when the guest cancels 14 days before check in date ,you can read the cancellation policy on our website. Sorry to could not meet your expectations. Hope to see you again.
