I’ve been a customer at Mama Shelter for 12+ years now, all over the world.
I have to say unfortunately London might be my least favorite, the staff was not great and friendly which i’m acustomed to usually “to feel at home”.
Also the breakfast is really not up to standards compared to other Mamas, terrible filter coffee, pancakes, waffles were not fresh and pastries were mediocre…For the prices that Mama London offers i would not return honestly.

Mama shelter is a great hotel. Great beds, clean room. Thayer a is far from the center and there are only buses nearby. They take ages to take you downtown

Very good service, the room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was tasty. Our journey was very enjoyable. The staff was great too, understanding with our demands (regarding our luggages).
Greetings to Bam who has been a very nice hostess with us!

Tout était très bien, à noter que le petit déjeuner (buffet copieux) est gratuit pour les enfants.
Le seul petit bémol est que les chambres familales sont situées au sous-sol avec juste un puits de lumière, mais c'est précisé sur le site de l'hôtel et comme on y a passé peu de temps, ce n'était pas gênant. L'hôytel est un peu excentré des rues vivantes de Shoreditch mais le bus se prend juste en face de l'hôtel et y emmnène en 5 minutes.
