Hôtel bien situé. Bel accueil. Malheureusement impossible de faire le tour du lit. Difficile de se lever la nuit quand on est face au mur. Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours c’est dommage quand on a un coin cuisine et quand on reste plusieurs jours.

Nous avions loué un mini appartement avec mini cuisine. Or il n’y avait qu’une chaise dans la chambre m. Il a fallu lourdement insister pour en obtenir une deuxième. Nous avons obtenu gain de cause après qu’on nous ait dit deux fois que cela était impossible de nous en fournir une. Manger sur le lit durant dix jours, non merci. À revoir.

Lobby, gym, etc. are updated and modern. While our room wasn’t as updated, it was clean and spacious. Staff and service are perfectly helpful. Great location next to Reagent’s Park and close to several tube lines.

I stayed apartment type. The kitchen sink didn’t drain properly and the carpet in the room was dirty and stink.

We were in apartment which was not maintained to the expected level... To our feeling apartment's guests are treated as second class guests. Cleaning services only once a week. We had to code the door key EVERY day.

I hope it was just a bad day!!!

Initial impressions of the building were good and the foyer area is very impressive. The check in service was awful. Stood in a queue for 10 minutes before getting bored and going to the bar. Came back 10 minutes later and the man who was behind me was only just getting to the check in. There were only 2 persons checking everyone in and they weren't very efficient. They couldn't find my booking and so ensued a frustrating episode of them asking me to email them my booking so they could create a new booking which didn't work. They then eventually found my booking after 10 minutes of faffing. There appeared to have been work recently completed on the floor we were on and every surface including doors, walls and furnishings had a coating of dust which made the place look dirty. The room was average.
