Room had a very stale smell. AC unit very loud. Lighting very poor in room. Bathroom was very clean and had great lighting

These concerns have been reported to our maintenance team and will be addressed promptly. Regarding the lighting in the room, we’d like future guests to know that additional lights are available. These are thoughtfully placed behind the bed area, making them convenient for reading or relaxing in the evening. This detail is also mentioned in our welcome guide provided at check-in.
