The rooms size was good and the location is great. Housekeeping was great. The staff overall feel junior/new. The service at the bar/restaurant depends on the day. Some mornings/nights the staff were on it others days/times I had to flag them down to get service. It was never more than a few tables when I had to flag down help. I wouldn't class this this as a 5 star hotel more of a 4 star hotel that would like to be 5 stars. Overall, it's a nice 4 star hotel and an decent 5 star.

The best part of this property was obtaining early access to room. Got upgraded both stays. Very convenient location to trains, Euston Station or Saint Pancras International. Central location to walk to markets or to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly Circus.

The hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect- easy route to all the main sites. The hotel seemed to be short staffed though. It was difficult to get service in the restaurant.

The location was perfect for where I needed to be. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The rooms have quite low ceilings, and the lighting scheme is very dark, so it feels even more dark all the time. I just wouldn't call this a 5-star hotel along the lines of others in that category, so if you don't set your expectations like that, you will be happy.

Middle eight had one of the smallest bathrooms i have seen. About equal to a Viking river ship cruise. Not enough storage to unpack your bag. The room was a singles room posing as a double.

Great location, beautiful room, very friendly staff and excellent cocktails in the bar. I can’t fault it and we had a lovely weekend in a superb location near Covent Garden but on a comparatively quiet street. Very good value for a hotel of that quality too. We will be back
