It was a place to sleep
Posted Aug. 23, 2024 on HotelsWe were told we had afree upgrade but when we got to the room, we could not figure out what the actual upgrade was so not worth paying for that haha. My husband asked the front desk for more tea bags and they said they would bring it up but the never brought them. The room smelt like stale smoke upon entry and was in need to somw repair and upgrade.

Property out dated and tired. Escalator not repaired since last visit. However very convenient

Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsThe service was poor. Elevator was not working. Sofa and bethtub were very dirty. I definitely don‘t recommand to stay here.

Excellent location and clean

Encouraging guests to refill water bottles is a nice touch for the environment

A very unsafe experience as a female guest travelling alone. Was placed in a room in another building, next door to men smoking/ lots of loud shouting and doors banging. One of them followed me into the lift in the middle of the night exhibiting threatening behaviour. No staff around in the building meaning walking in the dark to the main building to find security & request assistance.

Posted Aug. 21, 2024 on HotelsHotel is in two parts, staff were just like robots, not time for you, the room was ok, but then i noticed flys whilst trying to work, the Bathroom had 30+ lots dead, so it wasn't from a window been open, told receptionist and they weren't bothered
