Very bad service with out flexibility
The lady that clean the room didn’t close the door

Not really polite and welcome
In this hotel you don’t feel like a guest more like you disturb the people working there
I only come in this hotel for the localisation because I’m working in this street

Les fenêtres n isolé plus rien, touts les week end il y a des réunions de grosse cylindre sur Sloane street, impossible de dormir jusqu a 2/3h du matin.
Les portes qui claquent .
Maintenant le pire.
Comme depuis de nombreuses années je laisse mon linge à l hôtel pour le laver.
Je tiens à préciser que c est entièrement ma responsabilité car je ne remplis jamais la feuille pour mes affaires.
En effet je n avais jamais eu de problème avant et je faisait entièrement confiance au staff d un hôtel “5 étoiles”, grave erreur.
Donc j ai laisser une veste de jogging qui a disparu, voler, perdu, je ne le serai jamais puisque on m as dit que sur le bordereau aucune veste n avait était noté ! Et effectivement c est le cas, encore une fois entièrement de ma faute...
Aucune preuve, heureusement que ce n était qu une veste de jogging mais pour le principe je me devais de partager mon expérience.
Je n ai malheureusement pas le choix de mon hôtel car voyageant pour affaires, mais je vous conseil de fuir cet hôtel, si il est le moins cher du quartier c est pour une bonne raison.
