Annulation à notre insu !

L'hôtel a annulé la réservation d'une des deux chambres que nous avions réservé, sans même nous prévenir. Ils ont dû réattribué une chambre de catégorie inférieure lorsque que nos collaborateurs se sont présentés à l'hôtel.

Le batimment est pittoresque , tres british. Les parties communes plutot propre, le personnel sympathique. La chambre n'est pas top (poussières un peu trop partout), matelas tres inconfortables (sauf si vous aimez toucher les ressorts et le sommier), du coup tres mauvaise nuit. L'établissement est assez bien situé en metro mais pas hyper proche . Pour un 5 etoiles c'est raté. 3 etoiles seraient bien meux 😉
