Attentive counter staff

The lady with blond shoulder length straight hair at the reception is really nice and welcoming. She offered us an umbrella when we were on the way out as it was a rainy day. Don't know her name, but she is from Mordovia.

Overpriced for quality

Highly overprice, bed too soft, not able to get dark due to embedded screens, bad noise isolation from street, got woken up by traffic at 6AM. Nice service but overall bad stay due to poor quality of building & equipment

Woken up in the middle of the night by maintenance works. Staff is nice but I find them to be very slow and hard reach.
