I’ve visited London many times and this property has been by far my favorite. Lowest price I’ve seen, Quiet neighbors, friendly owner, everything you could need in the kitchen to cook! (You don’t know how rare that is) I only had two small problems. The neighborhood can be pretty dirty with the surrounding neighborhood just dumping trash all over. My other other is the plumbing can be a lil wonky, maybe it was just us but we could only get the water in the shower to come out boiling hot or freezing cold. HOWEVER, that doesn’t take any stars off for me. With its close proximity to TFL stations and good price it’s a must stay. I absolutely loved this place and recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to London.

Not practical

Nice place to stay but there are things that really need to improve! Jo reception so it means that everything is done by phone. Lock/Unlock the door, the prepayment you need to pay using a link , the main gate where the keys are inside of the apartment. So it was raining, left the apartment, went into the car, moved the car, unlock the gate… oh no wait it’s locked? Never happened before. So called the number, unlock the apartment, take the keys, back to main gate, open the gate manually under the rain, back to the apartment, put the keys in the mailbox, back to the car, close the gate manually…. So the apartment is nice, nothing bad to say, the guys over the phone answer really quickly but still, it’s no practical for me.

Pros: fully serviced kitchen, nicely organised, Free access to Netflix with a super large TV! Cons: on arrival the house was stinking of cigarettes (bare in mind I get migraine from cigarette smell) dryer did not work, lights is a nightmare to turn on, full check in instructions were not given until the day of arrival when asked. The cooker hub screw you have to manually put your nail in to get the gas as broken. Lots of bugs and insects in the house due to it being situated around bushes/trees The ceiling fan works very little and the house is very hot, sticky kind of feeling. Racial neighbours using "N" word and if you open the windows for air you can smell the canabis from neighbour downstairs. Overall okay however host did offer to check out at 3pm than 11am for free of charge due to inconveniences.

Spacious, well designed and modern place. The pictures do it no justice! Love the TV's, Comfortable bed. Amazing self check in process via a phone app. Soo much free amenities! The hot chocolate was beautiful! Would recommend to any solo traveller, group or family! Thanks!

Everything I Needed & More

The place was very clean and comfortable. I was able to easily check in using the phone app and the apartment came complete with everything that I needed and more! like tea, coffee, bottled water and wifi. The local area has good transport links and the free parking is definitely useful.
