Great place with family
We were really impressed with the room - very modern controls, nice bathroom, nice bed. Loved it all except 1. No HDMI access to the TV - had to use Chromecast which isn't as good. 2. Fairly strict 8-8 enforcement of kids..my kids were told to come out of the pool at 8pm so I was in the pool alone until 817 when the next adults came in...if they had let us stay until the next guests came in that would have been better..they did allow us early in the next day. 3. Breakfast was manic but lots of staff and lots of food.

Poor Security
If it weren’t for the one thing, which was a HUGE thing, I probably would have rated this experience much higher. There was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding late check out requests between myself and two members of staff, but the issue here was the housekeeping. At some point while cleaning the room when we were out, the housekeeper turned the bolt on the door to keep the door from closing, and locking. The only issue is they never turned it back. So for the entire day our room was ajar with our passports and electronics inside. We were lucky enough that no one dodgy walked the halls, and the manager was apologetic when I spoke to her about it - but this was enough for me to not book a Park Plaza (all of Radisson really) ever again. This could have easily been so much worse.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Very kids friendly. Kids Passport, Kids checkin landings, movie nights with popcorn was a big hit with my kids. Very close to most London Monuments like Big Ben, London Eey, Buckingham palace, Borough Market, Tower Bridge and more. Hassan Sheik

I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Waterloo in London! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could need. Its location is perfect for exploring the city, with great transport links nearby. I particularly appreciated the comfort of the rooms and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
