Average apartment, good service
Publié le 3 oct. 2019 sur HotelsOverall, an okay stay. I felt that the furniture could do with an update (the sofas were very uncomfortable, which is the main reason for my low score on comfort). The beds were comfortable which is the main thing.
The apartment was also VERY hot. It was uncomfortable when sleeping on the first night. The second night I propped open all the windows with tea spoons (yes really, the windows didn't stay open by themselves) then it was slighlty more bearable.
Probably wouldn't stay again, but the service was excellent from the reception team.

Completely unsatisfactory process of arrival.

Thank you very much for your time to leave us a feedback. Apologies you have found our check in process not up to your satisfaction and confusing. I will be sure to review it again however I would like to highlight that we do advertise clearly about key collection being based at different location, prior to confirming the reservation. This is stated in ‘Policies’ section under ‘Special Check-in Instructions’ as well as on the first page of the property information under ‘Important information about your booking’. Once again, we are really sorry this information was not advertised clearly which resulted with disappointing check in process. I truly hope this will not be the case next time should you wish to return.

Staff was excellent, view from this room was very nice. Room WiFi was not very poor but we did not report it either so possibly it was something they could have had checked. In general very nice and would definitely consider on another trip.

Excellent apartment and well located to catch public transport. Apartment clean and with great views. Reception was very helpful. Only thing is you have to pick up keys at another location which is a ten minutes walk from the apartment. Not an inconience if you organise beforehand.

Nice gaff in canary. Beware the extra walk
Publié le 3 août 2019 sur HotelsFirst up, check in. It was a bit inconvenient to get keys 15 mins walk away from the apartment. That said, the young man on reception was outstanding. The apartment itself had a great view, was clean and comfortable. A little basic and the kitchen did smell of takeaway food. But, it was great value & id probably use again. Just a little more attention & it’d be top marks. Top marks to reception guy though.
