Il faudrait mettre des groumes aux portes qui conduisent aux chambres car les gens ne les retiennent pas et ça claque fort
Et un sèche cheveux
Sinon tout le reste parfait un très bon accueil

Bon hôtel mauvais service d'entretien
Publié le 20 juill. 2019 sur HotelsTrès bon accueil. Quartier bien desservi bien que l'hôtel soit à environ 40 minutes de Londres. Le gros problème de l'hôtel est le ménage et l'entretien des chambres. A mon arrivée j'ai trouvé des restes de nourriture sur le sol, la commode était collante et il y avait de la poussière sur le coffre et le téléphone. J'y ai passé 7 nuits et mes draps n'ont jamais été changés. Mon papier toilette a été remplacée par un rouleau déjà entamé... Ma chambre ouvrait sur une terrasse où l'hôtel a clairement spécifié qu'il fallait verrouiller la porte-fenêtre car il ne sera pas tenu responsable en cas de vol. La femme de ménage oubliait fréquemment de verrouiller après son passage. 👍

Homeless People, Terrible Condition & Dirty
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur HotelsCarpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs.

Receptiepersoneel deed hun best, maar liep tegen beperkingen van de locatie aan (bv. geen brood aanwezig, terwijl er ontbijt moet worden gegeven).
De kamer zelf was veel kleiner (3×3) dan beschreven; meubilair gammel, bed matig, schoonmaak slecht; douche/toilet zeer klein; wastafel moeilijk te gebruiken; geen mogelijkheid om handdoeken op te hangen; toiletzitting los en veel te klein.
Slot van de kamer hing half los; was van binnenuit maar moeilijk op slot te draaien.
Ontbijtservice was alleen op de eerste dag goed, daarna werd er steeds minder verstrekt; in de volgende dagen geen brood, geen croissant, geen fruit, geen kaas, bedorven yoghurt, etc. Op dag 3 alleen een croissant gekregen, omdat er geen brood meer was; dag 4 was er geen croissant en geen brood en werd als oplossing brood gekocht bij het tegenoverliggende benzinestation: resultaat 3 boterhammen, 2 bakjes jam en yoghurt als ontbijt - te triest voor woorden...

Would not stop again if someone paid me to!!
Publié le 25 juill. 2022 sur HotelsWell we're do I start. Location is on busy, noisy high street. Receptionist only interested in mobile phone. Hallways are filthy and smell of damp. Room was the most dirtiest and smallest room I have ever stopped in. Carpet was filthy and freying in all the corners. Walls were dirty & stained with god knows what. The bed was the most dirtiest and uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Springs in your back constantly and only get 1 thin cushion. How they can justify letting people sleep on them I don't know. Would be better sleeping on the floor tbh. Bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower and floor not been cleaned in months by the looks of it. Avoid at all costs!!!
