Misleading information and unprofessional.

I booked a female only triple dorm Room but it was mixed. I went to reception and told them that a man came into the room, they said it's hotels.com mistake because they asked them to change it 6 month ago and they didn't. Then they put me in a 9 bed dorm for the same price as the triple dorm.

Too many showers were not working, but staff did provide a fan for airless room.

Horrible

Left right after check in. The whole place smelled like sewer apparently due to a broken bathroom, the smell was unstable! Lockers where broken as well. Terrible cleanliness.
