Bon sejour pour 4 jours a peu près. Assee bien pour ce prix la et bien place pour moi car sortie de metro, et 10 min de 2 beaux parcs. Personnel sympa

After staying for 5 nights I was eaten alive by bedbugs and when I raised the issue with the manager I was told that it was mosquitoes and not bedbugs.

I have stayed at many hostels this is the worse place I ever been at. Soooooo dirty like imagine they just never clean. 2x2 toilet with poop all over. No light in the bed, no curtains, no bath towel, no soap, no water, no mirror nothinggggg. But this is not the worse. I got bed bugs. Tones of bites. Then to top it off I had a guy drunk puke in bed and leave bag full of pukes in the room. They were screaming during the night so much we had to get the front desk guy to come over. The area is also not safe at all. I did not sleep in 3 days. I had to leave the last night in the middle of the night I could not take it anymore the vomit did it for me. Honestly don’t stay there nothing good will come out of it more problem than anything.

My stay was pretty good! Some people kept making messes in the bathrooms but other then that it was good.

easy to find, right next to an underground station and only 15 mins walk to Hyde park. Cheap price. Only hesitation from staying there again is that I booked what I thought was a 3 bed female dorm (as advertised on Expedia) and at 2am I woke up to find a man in my room who had booked the bottom bunk. Upon querying in the morning the hostel said they don’t offer 3 bed female dorms, so it was an error from Expedia marketing.

Hi Melody,We do apologise for the misadvertisement of the rooms. We have requested this be changed with Expedia but we still see they have not. We have chased this so this does not happen to future guests. We do apologise for this and we hope this did not disrupt your stay too much.
