Hotel top, sauf le reveil forcé de 5h30 !

Hotel vraiment très bien, jolie petite chambre. Personnel très agréable. Gros plus pour le pztit déjeuner qui est vraiment très bien. Très bon emplacement également. Le très gros Hic que nous avons eus, c'est dimanche matin l'alarme à incendie qui s'est déclenché à 5h30 du matin et a sonner plusieurs fois pendant une bonne heure donc impossible de rendormir. Il faudrais vraiment régler ce problème car c'est vraiment abusé !

Hôtel idéal pour visiter les musées de Londres, proche du magasin Harrods et des parcs (Hyde Park et St James Park). J'ai demandé à changer de chambre car la douche de la chambre 112 n'est pas adapté si on fait 1,80 m (trop basse)

Convenient location, nice, clean good size room. Reception area could accommodate a few places to sit.

I have chosen a room with two bed since I was traveling with my father. When I checked in the staff told me that the choice I made was only a request and subjected to availability. they did not care. Their attitude was very bad. Eventually they managed to move me to a room with two beds. They could have just done that in the first place if there was a room available in the first place.

Really disappointed by our stay. First room was cramped, and not in line with photos advertised online of rooms shown as ‘premium’ The Second room larger but not handled well in terms of customer service and both rooms had scuffed walls, chipped bed frames, chipped and worn pictures, cracked and poorly repaired sink in bathroom that also should have been cleaner and in better condition given the price point for the room.
