L’hôtel est bien mais les chambres sont lugubres et la moquette sale. J’ai même changé de chambre car la première était sombre et bruyante car au dessus de la machinerie de l’hôtel malgré le fait que j’avais demandé une chambre au calme. Nous avons quand même passé une première nuit dans cette chambre car ils n’avaient plus qu’une suite junior disponible et qu’ils voulaient nous faire payer 150 livres supplémentaire si nous voulions passer une nuit au calme. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel car il y a vraiment une grande différence entre les parties communes qui sont modernes et les chambres.

We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our fantastic location. We are lucky to be in convenient reach of museums, shopping and theatres and have a fantastic team to look after our guests. I am sorry to hear that you found your room a little small however. We do offer a number of Premium rooms which are much more generous in space allowing you to spread out a little more.
