Il a fait preuve d un grand professionnalisme en s assurant que ma chambre me convienne (il n a pas hésité à m en proposer plusieurs) et j ai pu remarquer qu il était très apprécié des clients. Je n avais pas gardé un excellent séjour de mon précédent séjour dans cet hôtel mais j’y reviendrai volontiers.

Small but comfy rooms, efficient staff

Comme toujours, j'ai apprécié l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, juste à côté de la station de métro Warren Street (lignes Northern et Victoria) et de nombreux bus. Le personnel est bon, les chambres sont confortables bien que petites.

Chambre bruyante car à côté des portes du couloir en sortie d’ascenseur, dés que quelqu’un passe les portes en bois elles font du bruit. Petit déjeuner très cher et les produits proposés ne changent jamais.
