Was good but quite dusty as if no one had been there in a long while
Ralph was very nice, quickly responded, took my phone calls when I was trying to get directions to the building from the airport. Ralph came to our room to show us how to turn on heat if needed and reset water heater so we could get hot water for shower. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit but when one person was showering, the 2nd bathroom could not get any hot water to shower even in the face bowl. Was very dusty and loads of spider webs on the balcony as if no one had used the balcony for months. Was quite dusty as if many areas had been untouched. Very dusty along walls, windows and floors. We really didn’t stay out on the balcony because many, many spider webs on the balcony and moss that had fallen from surrounding houses. Overall, space was large, beds were comfy and building was a 5-7 minute walk to Catford Bridge train line so very easy transportation.

The property was a great location, close to Catford station, 10 minutes to london bridge tube station that can take you to many many other stations and area any where in london. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, great kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, cloths washer and a very large swimming pool in the back yard, indoor. Property was just the best

Everything was perfect...good public transport connection
We had a pleaseant stay, the house is very nice we stayed in "The Croft". Catfort Railway station is not far away and every 12 minutes there is a train to London Bridge. Also a Lidl is very close. The pool and the garden is fine. Too bad that you use most of the time to visit Londin instead of staying in the appartment. ;-)

a stay we will remember for a long time
It was a warm welcome from Jean and Ralph. The flat was clean and tidy. There was everything we needed for our stay. Minor problems were dealt with immediately and communication was smooth. We would love to come back. Many thanks to Jean, Ralph and of course Sue, our landlady.

Wohlfühl-Ambiente
Im komfortable eingerichteten Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Duschen, 2 WC haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war mit einem großen Kühl-und Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee war nicht vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück konnten wir kostenlos parken. Unsere Enkel freuten sich über das kleine Schwimmbad. Die DLR erreichten wir nach 9 min zu Fuß. Bis zur City dauerte es ca. 30 min. Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in London. Herzlichen Dank an Sue Ardley

Nice appartment, convenient location
Nice appartment, 7 minutes walk to train station with good connection to london centrum. Good beds, well equiped. Own parking space. Biggest drawback were the showers: 1 of the showers the tap could not be set cold enough so we could not use it. In the other shower the temperature of the water during showering continiously went from hot to cold and back again.

Calm and spacious apartment
Great apartment with everything you need. Enough space, a very quiet house on a quiet street. Swimming pool and garden can be used. Direct and fast train service from Catford Bridge to Waterloo East and Kings Cross. Train station just 10 minutes away. Supermarkets also close by. You feel good when you come home to the apartment. Highly recommend.
