Great getaway, tranquil, has everything
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayAlthough the hot tub wasn’t working, they gave us a small refund. Just unlucky timing for everyone I guess with the electrical board failing which I don’t blame them for.
Overall, the stay was amazing. They had everything in the kitchen, living space was great, TV surprisingly had a ton of channels, tons of board games and even my favorite - mini golf. The kayaks were a nice touch and we went on that for a little while. Fireplace was top notch, tons of outdoor activity space, nice fairy lights, great BBQ and outdoor space heater. This place would be a great getaway destination for couples, small families and even having friends over for dinner. It was the perfect size. We’ll definitely come back at another time of the year. We came during thanksgiving, but summer time would be crazy nice here
There’s also a winery 20 mins away which was nice. Called hounds of Erie.

Perfect - Stunning Space, Great Location!

Everything was impeccably clean and stocked with anything you need: towels, board games, tea/coffee, and even some snacks as a welcome gesture! We loved the space and it was a perfect size for the two of us. Of course, the hot tub was amazing. The hosts, Ricardo and Angela, were on top of their communication and we felt well cared for the whole time from booking to checkout. Thank you both for an unforgettable stay :) We will be booking again.
p.s.) Make sure to visit the Port Burwell beach as it’s beautifully quiet and sandy!

Relaxing getaway
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is what a vacation rental property should be! Angela and Ricardo have really considered everything you would want. The outdoor spaces are perfectly laid out, comfortable and well appointed. The interior is spotless, modern and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for meal prep. The area is quiet and you are not far from many great spots along lake Erie. I would return in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend!

Great weekend getaway

My friend’s dog loved running around in the backyard! Ricardo and Angela were perfect hosts and responded quickly on the app. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Anniversary Getaway
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. It was just what we needed to unwind and reconnect. The river house is charming with everything you need and the personal touches from the hosts were appreciated. Not that we had to contact the host much but if we did have a question Ricardo was prompt and friendly. The house was so clean and cozy, the beds and bed linens were so comfortable! I need the bedding for my home lol.
Enjoyed a camp fire each night at the charming campfire setup.
The property is in a nice quiet area, perfect to escape city life. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Port Burwell beach is a 5 minute drive. We loved the house so much and plan to stay again. Would be nice for a girls getaway too. Highly recommend!!

No mention of pet fee in booking.

Wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt just thrown on at the very end. Well after checkout.

Beautiful Relaxation

Girls Getaway
