Change of apartment
Publié le 3 févr. 2019 sur HotelsI can’t really comment on this apartment as on the morning I was due to arrive I received an email to say that unfortunately, it was no longer available due to repairs required, however they did offer me 2 alternative apartments further away from my desired location. Due to the lack of time to search for another apartment I chose one on offer and did receive discount as I requested. If Nouvelle House was as nice as the apartment I ended up staying in then I’m sure it would be nice .

I am pleased to see that you were offered our property in Vertex, Croydon. I can assure you that Nouvelle House is definitely as nice as that property and I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back there in the future.
