Chambre un peu petite pour une famille à 4. Impossible de ranger les habits avec juste 3 tiroirs . Autrement le personnel ne parle pas français mais ils essayent tous de nous comprendre.ils sont tous adorables à nous aider et donner des conseils. Restaurant,petit déjeuner au top Je recommande sans problème !!!!!

Overall amazing experience in this 5 stars hotel that wasn’t overpriced for our stay (3 nights in March 2024). 👍 The liner team is really nice and to see a different message displayed next to the reception everytime we were going down was fun 👍 The staff was very professional and friendly, from the moment we stepped in to the last day of our stay 👍 The view from the rooftop bar was outstanding, and overall the hotel has plenty of interesting amenities (gym and even a cinema !) 👍 The rooms are quite and very comfy, bed extra comfortable, the TV has a mounting system that allows you to put it right in front of the bed an HDMI port accessible from the desk… very smart! 👎 They are not enough transparent about their prices : we got charged an extra £6 per day without being told?! I had to complain after the fact and we got reimbursed. Also there’s items available in the mini-bar, snacks and other useful items, but prices for these were nowhere to be found. 👎 Breakfast is their weak point. For a 5 stars hotels it’s nothing extraordinary, and they charge you extra if you want a latte or cappuccino?! Indecent. They only have basic americano. There was no staff available to make omelets as we like them. They were only offering basic scrambled eggs. 👎 The rooftop 12th Knot bar is very loud at night. The music is so high you can barely hear yourself talk.
