Terrible service from check in onwards. Constant unnecessary interruptions. Everything we asked for was a burden to the staff. Prices has gone up, decor, service and friendliness has gone down. Many cheaper and frankly much better hotels now. 5 years ago it was something not anymore

The service and attention to detail is amazing. Ting in reception was excellent when we arrived and again when she recognised us while checking out. It was chosen for location (and a little treat). The views were spectacular!

Overall the property was lovely as you’d expect for what it is, staff were friendly and very helpful, room was lovely and an amazing view of London. Mini bar prices were excessive for what was on offer but that’s your choice to use or not. Spent a lovely weekend celebrating my wife’s 30th birthday gift.
