This hotel is in serious need of attention. The lobby is nice, staff was pleaseant, the Indian restaurant, Madhu is nice, but that's where it ends. We booked this hotel because it was one of the very few I could find that had 2 queen beds for my husband and our daughter. The room was dated and run down, and we had several issues that were surprising for the standard you expect from a Sheraton. We discovered garbage, including someone's dirty socks under our beds! The plug ins next to the bed were not standard UK outlets, so my husband was unable to plug in his CPAP machine until we got an extension cord from the front desk. Half of the outlets in the room didn't work at all, and one of the lamps didn't work. The bedside table was dirty and had a sticky substance on it. The shower drain barely worked and filled half of the tub by the end of my shower. Thankfully, we were only there one night, but I was actually researching different hotels before we decided to just call it a night.

Nice atmosphere and easy to get to from and to Heathrow via ordinary bus service or HOPA or Uber

The overall property is nice, and has a get center courtyard bar. Rooms are average, and bathrooms are a little dated. But overall stay was great, friendly staff, awesome club lounge, and close to the airport
