good location for young travellers

Honestly I’m very upset. Booked originally another location because it was closer to where I needed to go. They moved me last minute to another area in an extremely busy corner. There was noise from street all night long and didn’t sleep for my entire stay. Now they are refusing to compensate me. They put me in a further location which I spent more in cabs and didn’t sleep which resulted in my not having energy to visit city during the day. Really it ruined my vacation!!! I am extremely upset. I hope that you can help to get us some compensation.

Great location near subways, tons of restaurants and bar and 10-15 minutes walk from a few museums and attractions.
It was clean. Space is smaller than it appears on photos.
For my check in I had to contact them. They did not contact me. So that's a bit annoying. The deposit refund, I'm also chasing.
The bed was alright, the pillows were rocks and the bathoom pocket door in our unit did open 2/3 of the way. It's severely scratched from something in the wall.

Apartment was clean, had very good privacy with the double blinds, great space and having netflix is always a bonus.
