Ce lieu était parfait pour moi
Publié le 9 août 2023 sur Hotelstrès très pratique tout ce fait online. le chek-in, les codes d accès, de wifi, y a toutes les informations.
Y a suffisamment tout ce qu il faut dans la cuisine. la salle de bain pareil. et le lit est confortable et spacieux.
Tout est en bonne état et propre.
Le tout petit couac, un peu de bruit, les escaliers tout le long du mur de la chambre, on entend tout le passage (perso ça ne me dérange pas)
la localisation est hyper pratique, la station farringdon, tellement pratique pour visiter. et à pieds c'est pas loin de shoredich et barbican, mon quartier favori.

One to miss
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe blind was broken I tried to undo the cord that was attached to a piece of furniture and the blind fell off. Room smelled. It is noisy.

Close to everything but many small issues

The room was extremely hot even in May outside temperatures.
Despite a paid early-check the room wasn't ready. The door code stopped working and it took 30min to get a new one in the middle of the night. The room neighbors had similar issues. The customer service online was very kind and helpful when solving the issues but they shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I got a partial refund as promised.
