We had two rooms for a few days, then returned for a night at the end of our trip. Both times the staff were nothing short of amazing, so friendly, helpful, happy and willing to go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. Every single staff member was equally wonderful!

Staybridge Suites on Bath Road is the perfect starting point hotel for families visiting London. This location offers large family friendly rooms, with a stocked kitchenette and a decent breakfast. Everything a family needs after a long Atlantic flight. And don't worry about getting to the hotel. It costs no more than 25 GBP via a Taxi and any Ride App. P.S. Take the family to the Three Magpies Pub a short hop away for authentic British food and very reasonably priced children's menu.

Fantastic staff, friendly and attentive. The hotel is a very clean and well presented property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, good price for London but it a fair way from the city. However, bus stop is right outside which can get you to all the major Tube links.

Excellent place to stay

The stay was very good. Rooms are very large and very well soundproofed. The locaton is excellent for Heathrow terminal 2 or 3 - just 2 stops on the bus. The breakfast buffet catered for most tastes - not a huge selection but enough for a very filling start to the day.
