Personnel du font desk méprisant, non commercial, le restaurant plus que cheap pratiquant des prix abusifs pour de la nourriture de cafétéria, le parking payant pour aller garer son véhicule à plus de 300m quand il pleut ! Des chambres absolument non adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite (Lave vaisselle, micro ondes en hauteur ?! Porte de salle de bain qui pèse des tonnes), son peu de standing

Excellent property! Friendly & helpful staff, great food, and so close to Heathrow and the tube station. Planning on coming back in December for a month.
Highly recommend.

Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsVery nice hotel. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly. For a "airport" hotel, it was one of the best on our trip through the UK . If you're going to T5 at Heathrow, take local bus 423, right across the street. 2 pounds charge per person
