Wifi inexistant

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour car le Wifi n'a jamais fonctionné de tout notre séjour alors que avions spécifiquement cherché un hébergement qui le proposait. Dès notre arrivée, nous l'avons signalé à la société gérante de l'appartement mais malgré plusieurs échanges de mails aucune réparation ou solution proposée. Nous sommes très agacés car nous avions absolument besoin du Wifi. Dommage car l'appartement est magnifique, bien situé, calme, propre, spacieux et très bien équipé.

Bonne situation géographique, appartement spacieux et claire, petit lit pour une grande chambre avec literie moyenne, store de vitre moyennement occultant , vue sur la grande roue et au calme .

Avoid Apartment 2

One of the large floor to ceiling windows was smashed and when I called I was told they knew about it and it was ok and it was safe. It was anything but safe as you could feel the broken glass from the outside. I also got a bit of glass in my foot. I then noticed a window in the kitchen was also broken. The blind in the bedroom fell down on the first night and hit my daughter in the head. The floors were very dirty and dusty needed a good wash. There was a dirty hanky u see the unit in the living room when we arrived and there was dust on the floors and crumbs on the sofa. Very disappointing and not what I was expecting to be going to. Should have added they tried to cover up the broken window in the kitchen by having the blind right down but this was also broke as it would not pull up. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work either.

Great location comfortable

It was a great location near the Waterloo train station. We are two families. Comfortable with full kitchen and living room. It is in the middle of the city. The place was a bit warm so we opened the windows so it was a bit noisy.

Convenient London Apartment

Apartment is in a convenient location mext to Waterloo station. It wasnt really big enough for 5 of us and the fold out couch was unsuitable to sleep on. Luckily the couch worked. Overall clean, easy to get to and great location.

Great private location right by Waterloo Station to give you instant access to the Tube and regional trains. Full kitchen and laundry amenities were incredibly useful. I would rent again and have recommended to colleagues and family.
