Small room with kitchenette and bathroom. I think its the smallest bathroom ive ever seen in a commercial property. It was difficult to move around in. The place is kept very clean but everything is a bit old and worn. Luckily the street was very quiet overnight as the windows are single glazed so you can hear everything.

This was a lovely little studio, my husband and I were very pleased with it. Easy to get around and the tube is a few minutes away. Liked the kitchenette and felt quite safe in the area. Check in and check out was very simple too.

Great location, a bit cramped

Things are a little cramped eg. very little space in bathroom and kitchen sink awkwardly placed to fit but overall good value for the location and very clean and quiet.

I reviewed 2 years of reviews before i booked. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The Executive Studio roomy and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything needed. I used the washers and dryers. It was a close walk to the tube. There are plenty of dining options close by, as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

We love this place. It is so affordable for the location. It is a no frills efficiency so you should keep that in mind when booking. We stayed for over 3 weeks and we were totally comfortable. I cooked daily and the free laundry facilities really come in handy! We will be back next year.

Another Great Stay

I have stayed here a few times before. The studios may be small but are very well equipped and have everything for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and lovely crisp linens mean a great sleep. The location is perfect particularly when arriving or departing from Kings Cross or Euston stations.

Quiet, Clean and Convenient Studio

I had booked this property as I had a good experience 8 years ago but was disappointed this time. The property is very outdated. I also had to go to the reception to have towels changed since they do not provide housekeeping, but most of the times they were out of fresh towels, so I had to check several times to get them changed.

Well appointed studios, good value and service.

Good size studio with self-catering equipment, located in a safe and quiet area near King's Cross/St Pancras travel links. Has secluded garden for guests (not a play-space).

Location was very convenient and the room was comfortable. Even though the bed had seen better days it was comfortable and the linens were comfortable as well. Two things that need improvement: the first and most important is the staff. Maybe because they were mostly students and they weren't necessarily rude but they weren't necessarily pleasant either. The other improvement would be the washer and dryer. Dryers should not take an hour and a half to dry some shirts. Most likely the problem is bad ventilation.
