Refund terrible.

I demand a refund as I was not able to stay in this property. They sent no details on how to access the property and demand a full refund.

Disappointing

We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. This was also sold as THAMES VIEW APARTMENT, yet even though apartment had 2 balconies and many windows, there was not a single angle that provided a view of the Thames river. We ended up not even knowing where is the river supposed to be. Apartment in itself is nice and spacious and of good quality, but leaving only 2x towels for 2 adults for 2 nights is offensive as property charges separate cleaning fee. I find it extraordinary that they have temerity to charge a relatively expensive night rate yet leave no separate towels for face and body and than only one per person. Shameful attitude by everyone.

The host cancelled our booking as we arrived at Heathrow ready to go to the apartment STILL waiting for a refund Expedia ay they can't help. Scammed out of £500
