Hotel was generally fine. Could only get lukewarm warm water out of the shower in the morning, which is v disappointing for a 200/night stay. Staff on reception didn't really seem to care.

Hotel itself could use some updated. Room was spacious but a bit outdated some areas seemed untouched by a cleaner but overall bed and bathroom maintained clean enough. Location- A little area out of some of the more popular spots in London but loved the area. A little hipster esque lots of great bars and restaurants nearby! T station nearby - easy public transportation to get around everywhere.

Hotel was suitably located for visiting the “Bermondsey beer mile”, reception / restaurant was quite modern. Lifts, hall and room was all a little tired and although suitable for my needs was in need of a refurb to justify the price. Although my visit was on a Saturday when the price I guess surges.

Worn out room (damaged paint and furniture, shower door doesn't close properly, etc.) The photos are flattering. Breakfast is expensive but mediocre. There's a Sainsbury Local next door, which is a better option for basic breakfast items. The nearby WatchHouse cafe is often busy but has excellent coffee and light breakfast. Convenient to many restaurants on Bermondsey St. Bus stop is right outside, though a bit far to tube stations. Quiet room, comfortable bed, good workspace in the room, helpful and friendly staff. Note that the terrace rooms have a shared terrace, not private. Acceptable if you need to stay in the area and can get a good price on the room (and skip the breakfast).

Good base accommodation. Not luxury.Good location
Room service is really just preferred delivery options. Room next to stairwell was not good, Very noisy. Everything else was good.
