I had a wonderful stay at this property.
Large bedrooms and a king bed in room #2!
2 bedroom when I thought it was a 4 bedroom, as the pictures show more rooms, and said it sleeps 4-10. I was confused by that.
Needs a long hall mirror, as you can't see your full attire. It needs a bathroom plug for a hairdryer; the vanity mirror didn't accommodate it.
The couch and the rug were very dirty, so I didn't really want to relax there.
No water in the fridge. It would have been a nice small perk upon arrival. No tea, but coffee pods.
No umbrellas, if you forgot yours. But I didn't look that hard for one. Maybe people lose or steal them. But it's London, so perhaps some in the unit would be a good idea.
The shower lever needs fixing in the smaller bathroom.
Smelt a bit mouldy in the master bathroom to my nose.
Other than those few things, it was spacious, BRIGHT, easy to walk, and lovely, and the Nestor was amazing. So easy to ask questions.

Great location close to everything, the subway was a 5 minute walk and this took us everywhere we wanted to go.

My family stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The property is 5 minutes walk from Earl’s station. The check-in instruction was thorough. We had no problem to check-in contactlessly. We were able to check-in earlier which was very helpful. The only down-side I can think of is the building’s sound proof may not be the best. We lived on the first floor. We could hear people talking in the hallway, or even people on the street at night. However, it didn’t bother us that much since we were tired and no problem to fall in sleep because of sightseeing London during the day. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We would recommend The Carlyle to anyone who travel with families.

Great experience
Posted Feb. 28, 2024 on HotelsMy family and I had a great experience! The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The location was ideal, as everything you need is close by. We were within 2 minutes of the tube, great restaurants and supermarket (we cooked breakfast each morning), full kitchen came in handy.
Staying on the first level can be a bit noisy as people are coming and going, but nothing to complain about. The TV remote needed new batteries, we bought some and left some for the next guest. Communication was excellent! response time was immediate, that was appreciated.I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again. My family and I thank you.

Stayed 2 wks at The Carlyle, it was great location...3min walk to Earl's Court Tube station. Nice apartment. Clean, comfortable place to return to after a long day in London having so much fun. Lots of nearby food choices from American fast food to great pubs. Our contact person at The Carlyle was great...quick responses any time we had a question or need. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops all within a 5-10 min walk. There were 4 of us in 4bdrm apartment. We all agreed we would definitely stay there again. Earl's Court is a great, safe area in west end of London. We really enjoyed our time in a great apartmenr in a great neighborhood. One suggestion, if you're staying very long, plan to pay for extra linen service or bring towels w you as each rm is supplied w 2 lg towels and 2 hand towels, no washcloths. Washer/dryer in apartment was helpful since we were staying for 2wks.

I was in London visiting an old friend for three days. The apartment was perfect! The location was convenient and very close to tube station so we found it very easy to get around and see and do all the things we were interested in. It was also nice to have so much space to lounge around in. I think the walls were showing a bit of wear and in need of a paint job but that was the only thing I noticed and it was minimal. Both beds in the bedrooms were very comfy. The couch was comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotlessly cleaned. The apartment has everything you need. We had our breakfasts and one light dinner in the apartment. Sainsbury and M&S food hall close by. Although there is no concierge visibly present, you only have to call the number and will be helped right away. My friend got lost at one point but was able to make her way back to the apartment and was helped immediately to get back into the apartment and then I was called to be apprised of the situation. So helpful and appreciated. I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again. I also felt it was very good value. Reasonable price for what you are getting.
