Dear Adrien, Thank you for taking the time to share your review following your recent stay at The Chesterfield Mayfair. I was concerned to read your review and see that your stay was far less than satisfactory. As you can see from other traveller reviews, this certainly isn't the usual experience our guests enjoy when staying with us. Therefore, I was wondering if you would consider contacting me directly at the hotel so that I may address some of your points? Séjour en Amoureux à Londres

Un magnifique bar avec pianiste le soir et une salle de petit déjeuner accueillante avec des oeufs délicieux sous toutes les formes.

Nice classic hotel in London

Enjoyed the restaurant only one night but it was pretty nice.
The breakfast is quite nice though you better not be in a rush.
The hotel is very well located. Staff are helpful and efficient.
