Loved the old charm of this hotel. It is centrally located to a lot of sights which made it great for walking, and right by the tube and bus stations which made traveling around the city super easy. Even though it was close to these stations, you would never know it on the inside. Our room was quiet and cozy and the service was great! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

The staff was exceptional but the elevator was not working on the upper floors, very inconvenient.
The bathroom in our deluxe room was TINY. We loved the bar/restaurant The Soak.
Overall, the hotel stay was fine just a bit expensive for the accommodations.

This was the best located hotel. Right at Victoria train, underground, and bus stations. Nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. My only issue is that the rooms are on the small side, hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Situated in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to major attractions. Public transportation is also conveniently nearby, making it effortless to explore the entire city.
The rooms were comfortable, though not particularly spacious, but that’s expected in London. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. If you’re looking for a hotel with a prime location to maximize your time in London, this is a solid choice.
