Super séjour et super service. Les équipements sont tops. Peut être un peu loin du centre en transport mais correct pour londres

We stay 14 days for a trip me and my wife to this hotel. We read the reviews previously and we agree all of them. We highly recommand and we be back if we get back to London. Note the staff was perfect in every experiment we meet during our trip. Special thanks for the breakfast quality a all the smile we get during our long stay.

Khalid had great customer service! This place was a great stay. It’s very close to the Stratford international and the DLR to get around. This hotel did have a few restaurants and the mall was walking distance if you wanted to grab a quick bite but there isn’t a lot of places around to eat.

Absolutely stunning property and very friendly staff. It’s a little way away from Central London if that’s what you’re looking for but if you don’t mind using the tube then I’d definitely recommend staying here. The rates were very good for the quality of the hotel and it gives a nice escape from the chaos of the city. The only slight teething issues we had were the elevators often weren’t working or didn’t like the key card so we’d end up going up and down several times before getting it to work. We also had no hot water for one night (2 night stay) - it was fixed by the morning but a wim hof style shower wasn’t what we wanted after a day walking round London! Those were minor issues though, would definitely stay here again
