Second stay at Grand. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly and location is perfect for walkable sights and theatres. Always felt safe in area and hotel. Love the lounge and coffee machine is a real perk! Can't recommend highly enough!

Excellant location, and staff including Lima and Roshan was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the club for hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The room and bed was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the kitchette. Highly recommend this stay.

Great Staff at The Grand Trafalgar Square

Fantastic location. Easy check in and out. Helpful and informative staff. Roshan at reception was extremely knowledgeable on restaurants and places to go. He went above and beyond for us. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Will definitely stay again for a theatre trip.

I loved my short stay at The Grand at Trafalgar Square. The staff was excellent - kind, helpful, and always in good spirits. My room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful padded bay window to sit at. I definitely hope to make it back to The Grand again.

Lovely hotel and v central. We had 2 rooms, one of which had 3 people in so we used the sofa-bed but the hotel did not provide bedding for this. When asked for it to be made up it only had a sheet and blanket, so we had to ask again for a duvet. Each time our request was acted on v quickly but I would have thought that this should have been provided up front. They also forgot a 3rd towel. But the hotel has v attentive staff.

Our concierge, Salaman, was excellent, making sure we were comfortable. A few small issues with the coffee maker not working and one elevator of two not working one day. Very clean and quiet room. You can't beat the location

Perfect Location/Incredible Service

What a wonderful pre-Christmas trip to London! We had a perfect stay at the Grand at Trafalgar Square. The location was amazing, close to buses, the tube, and major attractions! The people working there were AMAZING, especially Roshan, Matthew and Jake! Even when the fire alarms went off in the hotel (there was no fire) they did a wonderful job alleviating the fears and concern of the patrons. Thank you to everyone at The Grand Trafalgar for a wonderful visit. We will definitely be back!

We first stay three night and the roomwas spacious for the price paid, or room was cleaned everyday. After we left to Scottland for two night and the cameback to the hotel. The man in the reception told us that the room was better than the one we previously had. To our surprice the room was so small that we could berely fit our luggage through the front door. Also the room service was horrible they never clean our room and we even have to call for fresh towels. Be careful also with the taxi service the lady in the reception called us a taxi to the airport and we were told the rate was flat to 90 pounds and that was a lie too.

They need a concierge. Staff in the chequing area are the pnes doing everythibg sometimes they dont have the time to provide information needed because they have to do everything.
