Upon arrival , Jake at the front desk was waiting and knew my situation regarding two separate reservations I had made. He made us feel taken care of after a very long and hectic day. Our room was comfortable and we loved the refillable water station on our floor. Loved this hotel & I will stay here again if we ever return to London.

Great area, hotel rooms were dated and bathroom is something weird like was constructed inside the room and the walls don’t go up to the ceiling
