I realized after booking, from the email that they said check in ended at 10 pm and there was no service desk there. There was no way for us to make it by 10 pm, so I tried to cancel and realized I couldn’t. I reached out to Expedia for help and they assured me someone would stay at the desk so we could check in, but the email specifically said there was no desk. The conflicting information and my concern that we would end up with no place to stay led to me asking Expedia to help me cancel it. They did not cancel it, I ended up marked as a no show and obviously did not get a refund. Don’t stay here if you are trying to get a room near the airport. Find a place near Paddington Station and then just catch the express train to Heathrow.

メールが来て、それに回答しないと泊まる宿がわからない、入れない。
心優しい人が助けてくれてなんとか入れたが、アクセスも悪く、おすすめはしない。
シャワールームも水浸しになる。

Cheap and ok for the value!
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is a house with hostel style rooms. No reception or anyone to call. Each room has a lock. Didn’t feel safe as a solo traveller. But it was cheap and inside the rooms were small but ok for overnight before early flight.

Very good location. Quiet and clean. Reasonable price. The thermostat is mentioned in the instructions but cannot be found by me. It means I could not adjust the room temperature. The self check-in process is a bit confusing since it requires reading several emails and text messages. Please fix the sliding shower door that does not close properly.

This isn't a hotel and was demanding ID via unsecure methods and credit card information before checking it. Have the impression that it is a scam so we asked for a refund, which they wouldn't provide. Will deal with Expedia further
