Poor Customer Service. I never got the key code to access the property and ended up stranded. Tried to contact them for a refund and they refused. Horrible experience!

The shower drain was blocked so I couldn’t shower for more than 2 mins as the water would have flowed into the room. Place was old and tired and the service was appalling trying to get in.

We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk.
