Bien situé. Chambre spacieuse et agréable . Aucune nuisance sonore malgré la présence du pub au rez-de-chaussée ( où l’on mange très bien d’ailleurs).

Superbe séjour !

Chambres spacieuses et très confortables pour un prix raisonnable.
Toutes les commodités en chambre : salle de bain spacieuse avec baignoire (peignoir, et amenities), bureau, canapé, télévision avec Netflix.
Mini bar offert (café, thé, lait, eau plate, chips, biscuits et barre de céréales).
Personnel très accueillant et disponible.
Un point négatif sur le check in qui doit se faire aux horaires d’ouverture du pub attenant (10h-23h).

Just to clarify, the check ins are from 3:00 pm. However, we are always here from 8:00 am in case our guests wish to come over and leave their luggage with us before checking in and we also have a night porter service when the restaurant is closed :)

Le style, le service, l'amabilité du personnel. On se sent chez soi surtout avec le Pub en dessous

The staff was incredibly welcoming and the amenities were wonderful. We loved our room and also the pub food. The area is convenient and walkable, close to public transportation. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We have stayed twice @ The Hayden
Both times the accommodation was excellent
The staff are very coureous, housekepping is excellent.
The location is excellent, close to London Paddington and Bayswater and Quuensway tibe stations

Staff was extremely kind and personable and treated us as guests who were staying in their home — even helped carry our luggage to our room. The hotel has a very traditional British feel to it, with a pub underneath the bedrooms and dog renaissance paintings in the hallways and rooms. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a very luxurious bathroom and shower. It included an espresso machine and USB wall chargers. TV package was expansive with free Netflix access. Food and drink in the pub were both good as well. Among the five hotels we stayed in during our European vacation, this one was our favorite.
