Overall good value

Overall it was a good room (with no windows!), bed was ok and we slept fine. Disappointingly despite checking in online as requested the “fast track” lane to get the room key took far too long. Would suggest they look at an alternative solution (maybe an electric box with the key after typing in the reference number?) rather than waiting for staff on reception.

The hotel cleanliness is absolutely disgusting( if I am being too polite). We have stayed here before and tbh we have not had much expectations from their service or standards but it would be this disgusting we did not expect. I accidentally opened the soap container from shower and what I saw after left me in disgust for all night. It was too late in night so I just did not bother to room move because I couldn't wait to check out in morning. I understand the prices are very reasonable given the area but surely they should have some standards.

Bring ear plugs or face a sleepless night

My main gripe was that it was impossible to sleep. The beds are uncomfortable (I could feel every spring poking me in the ribs) and the walls must be made of paper. I could hear everything happening in the corridor, the adjacent rooms and the lift. All. Night. The door to the room would rattle despite being closed every time a draft came down the corridor. The room itself and the furnishings were tatty with chipped wood, ripped fabric as were the corridors.

Very convenient for the 02 Arena because I had concerts but I didn't understand why they weren't cleaning my room, even though I was out of the room before 10am! Not sure if there is a new policy!

Really poor experience, no one working at fast check-in, long waiting to get checked in. Room was very noisy at all times. Climatisation was cold all times and no extra blankets in the room. No fridge. Could here the next door room making noises all time. In the bathrooms the tap on the sink was not adjusting the temperature, got burn everytime i had to use. Will d9 with a little refurbishment

Hotel room a little tired, shower needs attention as did the bathroom door, more concerning was the room door needed to be pulled hard to lock correctly. Breakfast is good plenty of choice and stocked frequently

Where do i start...checked in online and went to fast track check in. No one there 40 minutes later get to front desk to be told i haven't paid yet showed email confirmation from the hotel showing paid and booked a double room to be told its a twin and for £30 i can upgrade! Eventually got sorted out for free and got to room. On returning to room after being out for the evening, found the bed was really hard and no give in the mattress. Due to 3 walls being stud walls we was constantly woken up by noises around us hearing other rooms conversations and constant door slammings. Will never book this hotel again as so disappointed.

Cheap and cheerful. Bed was uncomfortable and it was too noisy outside with staff and people talking and walking outside the room between midnight and 6 am... Not what you want for a good night's sleep.
