Small but nice room
The room was quite small and there were no outlets near bed to charge phones. Pillows could have been better but overall, an attractive, clean and comfortable room. The staff was excellent and friendly. No room service after 11pm.

Right next to a bustling restaurant district with lots of choices. Room was as expected (Euro-size) but very adequate. Elevators were rather small, but again this is an older (but obviously updated) property. Concierge was very helpful as were staff. We lived in London for 5 years and never knew this gem was here. 5 minutes to Tube, buses and lots of shops. Will definitely book again.

My daughter and I were in London visiting friends, we stayed at the Mandeville for its convenience. Staff are really friendly, accommodation clean & comfortable, and as an added bonus we were upgraded to the Terrace Suite ! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Great location for walking to many sights or a quick walk to the Tube. First visit to London, so glad we spent it at the Mandeville and cannot wait to make a return visit. Recommend this over the 'chain' hotels. Boutique is better!

Excellent location - very close to Oxford circus and bond st stations. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel room was fine - dated, but functional. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
