Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is the same every morning. Pool and gym open late and close early. They should be accessible more easily to clients of the hotel.
Not alot of places to sit for dinner. We enjoyed having a small refrigerator and possibilities to make tea & coffee in the room. Very well located.

Our guests also have the choice of using South Kensington or Knightsbridge underground stations or alternatively the No 14 bus which is a 24hr service into the West End, which makes travelling around the capital easy. Tout est en supplément la gym le kit vanity l'eau meme Les chips sont payantes au bar quand vous prenez un cocktail

Une serveuse qui prend le téléphone sur la table du petit déjeuner pendant que je suis à coté en croyant qu'il est à quelqu'un d'autre...
Le check out compliqué sans aucune explication... nous avons failli raté notre vol à cause de cela
des concierges qui ne donnent pas la bonne adresse au taxi...
bref une somme de contrariétés bien inutiles. je ne reviendrai pas.
